Achievements In The Past 5 Years

  1. Establishment of formal and non-formal education and technical training centers set up in different areas of Lahore and Nankana Sahib for the children working in automobile repair workshops, factories, steel ruling mills, chemical units, spare parts manufacturing units and brick kilns etc.
  2. 623 brick kiln workers are linked with Punjab Employees Social Security Institute in district Lahore, Nanakana Sahib, Gujranwala and Sialkot.
  3. 4092 brick kiln men and women were provided Computerized National Identity Cards CNIC in district Lahore , Nanakana Sahib, Gujranwala and Sialkot
  4. 2887 brick kiln children were provided Birth Certificates in district Lahore , Nanakana Sahib, Gujranwala and Sialkot
  5. 455 brick kiln females brick kiln workers were linked up Benazir Income Support Program
  6. 2000 children were removed from the worst forms of child labor
  7. 4056 working children were removed from child labor.
  8. 3030 working children were provided free primary education.
  9. 1700 children were mainstreamed into governmental and private schools.
  10. 1250 girls’ student imparted vocational training and 1375 boy’s students got technical training.
  11. Health and medical facilities were provided to the enrolled working children and their families.
  12. Over 35225 people were sensitized about CRC, CRP & ILO C182.
  13. Awareness raising campaign covered 550 formal schools, 1500 teachers, 3500 students, 10000 community members & 2500 other relevant stakeholders.
  14. Women empowerment through skill development, Art work and literacy program helped to increase their family income and at the same time it provided a package of interventions, i.e. non-formal education, to equip them with a marketing skill and be self reliant by starting their own businesses.
  15. Over 11000 availed health facilities through community health program.
  16. 1616 people were benefited with the facility of septic tank latrines
  17.
